By fostering a culture of openness to feedback and iteration, children can develop confidence in their abilities and outcomes, Butler suggests.

Incorporating principles of design thinking, a problem-solving approach involving research, brainstorming, and feedback, can help alleviate anxiety related to potential mistakes.

Normalizing the process of receiving feedback and engaging children in discussions about overcoming challenges can be beneficial. Sharing personal experiences of learning from mistakes can also reinforce a positive attitude towards imperfection.
