February 3, 2024

Zoe Ventoura has shared insights into her co-parenting arrangement with her former husband, Daniel MacPherson, concerning their young son.

The 42-year-old former Packed to the Rafters actress opened up to Stellar magazine, emphasizing the amicable nature of her relationship with her ex-husband, a star from Neighbours.

Expressing their shared commitment to prioritizing their son’s well-being, Ventoura stated, “We just want to make sure he’s the number-one priority – he feels safe, loved, happy, thriving. And we’re great.”

She highlighted the importance of ongoing communication in co-parenting, noting, “It’s been 100 per cent respectful and amicable and we’re communicating constantly because when you have a child, you have to.”

Ventoura expressed gratitude for their harmonious co-parenting dynamic, recognizing that such arrangements are not always feasible for everyone. She remarked, “So I feel great that we’re on the same page. And we’ve always been on the same page.”

In December 2020, Zoe and Daniel announced their separation after the birth of their son, Austin Xavier, in 2019. Both actors shared similar messages on Instagram, underscoring their mutual decision to part ways while affirming their continued dedication to raising their son together.

Maintaining a high level of privacy regarding their child, the couple has intentionally kept Austin out of the public eye, a practice that extended to concealing the pregnancy and birth details.

The couple, who tied the knot in a private ceremony in Noosa, Queensland, in 2015, have consistently demonstrated a united front in co-parenting and safeguarding their son’s well-being.
