The Garden City Police Department has provided valuable advice on online safety for parents sourced from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program.
This program, consisting of a nationwide network of 61 task forces involving over 5,400 federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, is committed to combating and responding effectively to internet crimes targeting children.
PETA has directed its attention towards a Wichita-based company regarding carousels.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program suggests utilizing the acronym “S.M.A.R.T.” to enhance children’s online safety:
